CrossFit is a fitness program that combines functional movements with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and a competitive approach to fitness. CrossFit workouts, also known as "workouts of the day" (WODs), are designed to improve strength, stamina, and speed, and can include exercises like squats, push-ups, weight lifting, and rowing. The program's goal is to develop a broad, general, and inclusive fitness, and to prepare participants for any physical situation.
